Why has my username changed?
As a result of bringing together the Foxy brands, we've found it necessary in some cases to assign you a new username. You can still access your account with the same email address and password.
I can't log in to my account.
You should’ve already received an email from us about the changes taking places on our Foxy brands. You can use the email address that we contacted to log into your account.
In case you have forgotten your password, you can easily set a new password by requesting a password reset email here.
Why do I have to create a new chat name?
In some cases, you'll need to create a new chat name. You'll be able to do this yourself once logged in.
What will happen to my balance?
If you’ve only ever registered on one Foxy brand, there will be absolutely no change to your balance. Log into your Foxy Bingo account, and your balance will be visible as usual in the top right corner. The best part is that you can now use these funds to play across both Foxy brands!
If you’ve registered an account with both our Foxy brands in the past, we’ll return any remaining funds from the balance in your secondary account via the most recently registered payment method.
What will happen to my data?
Your banking and gaming transactions will still be available and visible in your usual account details section.
If you’ve registered an account with both Foxy brands, we’ll provide a link on your main account with the transactional history associated with your other account. Simply log in to your main account and head to the gaming and transaction history pages and click on the link.
Are there any changes to promotions?
None! The only change is that you now have access to double the amount of fun and can enjoy our entire portfolio of offers from both our Foxy brands with one single login.

Absolutely! You'll receive our standard Welcome Offer for the Foxy brand you registered on, however, please bear in mind that you won't be eligible for both.

Sure! There will be no changes here meaning you can view and play all your favourite and recently played games as per usual using a single login.

What if I want to play on one Foxy account only? Is that possible?

Why have my gambling controls changed?
