In most circumstances you won't be able to access your account because it hasn't been fully verified yet, you may have already registered an account already or we've closed an account of yours as part of our Safer Gambling regulations.
Firstly, have you entered the correct password? If you think you have and are still having trouble accessing your account, it may be because:
- Your account has yet to be fully verified with us. Click here for help on how to verify.
- You may have already registered an account, if so you won’t be able to open another one.
- We’ve closed an account of yours on one of our other sites as part of our Safer Gambling program or due to a breach of our T&Cs.
- There also may be an issue with your payments, which you can check with your payment provider.
If one or more of these scenarios have happened, it’s likely that we’ve already contacted you, so double-check your emails and spam folders.
