Managing your cards
We’ve made it easy to update or remove any of your cards, simply follow the below instructions:
- Log in to your account and head to ‘Manage My Cards’.
- You can edit the expiry date of your cards here or select the one you want to remove and press ‘Delete’.
- If successful, you’ll see a green banner confirming your card has been removed.
Why can’t I remove my card?
To keep your account safe, we sometimes block cards from being removed. This is usually because you haven’t met certain conditions withdrawing funds back to your original deposit method.
